There has never been a time in my life when horses were not a part of it. They have always been there, and even in their absence, they call my imagination home. As a child, I dreamed of a glorious black stallion, his mane frothing around a noble head like the turbulent waves of the sea, or an exquisite white mare, her coat bright as starlight. Horses filled every sketchbook, crept into the margins of every textbook, and claimed every blank space I could find.
To me, the horse represents the very essence of vitality. They are majesty and spirit, strength and freedom, passion and power. They are inspiration and expression made flesh and motion. They are life itself.
It is my greatest ambition—and my deepest honor—to share with you the extraordinary world of the horse, captured as I see it.
